Digital Impressions

United Dental Labs accepts digital impression files from all major intraoral scanners. Find your preferred scanner in the list below and follow the instructions to add us.

Cerec

  • Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
  • Type “United Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name
  • Click FIND
  • Check the box to the bottom left for "United Dental Lab”
  • Click ADD to complete the registration

iTero®

  • Call 800-577-8767
  • Select Option 1
  • Request that United Dental Lab is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: 330.253.1810
  • After United Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select United Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

Trios

  • Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
  • Connect with United Dental Lab as Lab by searching digitalfiles@uniteddentallabs.com
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select United Dental Lab when sending files

3M™ True Definition Scanner

  • Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
  • Select Option 1 and request support United Dental Lab be added to your scanner
  • 3M™ will then confirm with United Dental Lab and add connection remotely

E4D-Planmeca Planscan

  • Select Find a lab option on your scanner
  • Search for either United Dental Lab or digitalfiles@uniteddentallabs.com
  • Add United Dental Lab
  • Select United Dental Lab when submitting scans

Carestream

Option: 1
  • Email United Dental Lab at digitalfiles@uniteddentallabs.com
Option: 2
  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  • Search for United Dental Lab
  • Add United Dental Lab
  • Select United Dental Lab when submitting scans raw STL files
  • Email United Dental Lab at digitalfiles@uniteddentallabs.com
